Dr. Sylvester Onoyona ( Regional President )

Dr. Sylvester Onoyona is a respected academic, business professional, and visionary organizational leader. He holds a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Northcentral University, USA, an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management, and is an alumnus of Edo State University, Ekpoma reflecting a strong foundation in strategy, administration, and executive leadership.

As President of the North America Province of the Aviary Club of Nigeria, Dr. Onoyona is dedicated to strengthening international brotherhood, promoting unity, and expanding the club’s global reach. Yemi Amele ( Regional Vice President)

He currently serves as the President of the Welfare Committee, where he oversees member support, community outreach, and welfare coordination across chapters in North America.
