Introducing the Newest Chapter President in North America: Avian Kelvin Oghomienor of the Wild Rose Chapter

The Aviary Club of Nigeria is pleased to announce the inauguration of the newest Chapter President in the North America Region of the Aviary Club of Nigeria. On the 29th of November, 2025, Avian Kelvin Oghomienor was officially installed as the Chapter President of the Wild Rose Chapter, marking a significant addition to the leadership strength of our rapidly expanding diaspora community.

Avian Kelvin Oghomienor is a distinguished professional whose career blends technical excellence, international exposure, and proven leadership. A proud son of Delta State, Nigeria, and a Canadian citizen, Kelvin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria, as well as a Master’s degree in Applied Instrumentation and Control Engineering from Glasgow Caledonian University, Scotland, United Kingdom.

With over 15 years of experience in the global oil and gas industry, Kelvin’s journey has been shaped by continuous growth and dedication. His career began at A&E Petrol as Assistant Depot Manager, where he honed his operational, managerial, and strategic skills. Driven by ambition and professional excellence, he later moved to Canada, where he continues to excel in one of the world’s most advanced energy sectors.

Currently, Kelvin serves as a Team Lead with a reputable oil and gas servicing company in Edmonton, Alberta, focusing on methane and carbon reduction initiatives. His role directly contributes to environmental sustainability by helping reduce emissions and advancing cleaner energy practices across oil and gas operations.

Beyond his contributions in Canada, Kelvin maintains strong professional ties to Nigeria. He is the Managing Directorof an oil and gas servicing company operating in Nigeria, where he applies his global expertise to drive innovation, improve operational efficiency, and support the continued growth of the industry across both continents.

Avian Kelvin Oghomienor embodies the qualities of a modern leader technically grounded, internationally experienced, environmentally conscious, and committed to positive impact. His inauguration signals a new chapter of progress for the Wild Rose Chapter and reinforces the Aviary Club of Nigeria’s vision of building strong, dynamic leadership across the world.
