Every province has leaders.Some have pioneers.But the North America Province of the Aviary Club of Nigeria (NAPC) has something special,The Three Wise Men. These are not just names.They are pillars.Strategists.Visionaries.Men who turned a dream into a living, organized, unstoppable reality. Their story is the story of North America’s growth.
On the founding day of the North America Province, one man stepped forward as the first pilot of the aircraft:Dr. Sir Elder Bidemi Agbaje, the first Provincial President.
A man of wisdom.A man of knowledge.A man of deep understanding and professional leadership. He gave structure, discipline, and a foundation that could carry weight. Under his leadership, the North America Province did not just exist, it stood tall.
And when he completed his tenure, he didn’t stop.He didn’t rest.He didn’t disappear.
He rose higher becoming the Global President of the entire Aviary Club Worldwide, transforming the organization into a modern, international standard body.
Today, he is honored as an Elder in the Aviary Club of Nigeria.The first wise man: visionary, teacher, and global reformer.
After Dr. Agbaje’s successful tenure, the province did something remarkable:it transitioned leadership smoothly, respectfully, and professionally. No fights.No politics.No noise.
And so, the crown moved to the second wise man Dr. Akin Ijetime, the next Provincial President. Dr. Akin Ijetime brought strategy, operations, and modern administration. He strengthened the foundation, built on the structure, and expanded the province.
His era brought clarity, stability, and progress.And when his time was done, he continued to serve becoming the North America Province Ambassador, representing the province with honor and diplomacy.
Today, the aircraft is flying with full engine power, and the man in the cockpit is no other than: Dr. Sylvester Onoyona, the current Provincial President of North America.
A leader of energy, innovation, unity, and massive growth.Under his leadership:
The province has expanded, Membership has increased, Activities have multiplied.The brotherhood has strengthened He carries the wisdom of the past, the responsibility of the present, and the vision for the future. In many organizations, leadership transition causes disaster.But in NAPC, something beautiful happened:
Every leader finished strong.Every leader handed over with honor.Every leader was given the space to lead.
This is true leadership.This is maturity.This is brotherhood. The Three Wise Men did not compete they completed one another. The North America Province is still in the sky.No landing gear is down.No airport is in sight.The flight continues higher, stronger, global.
